The Clubhouse
The Clubhouse is available for rent by TWALA Association members in good standing. The Association member will be required to sign a Clubhouse Rental Agreement describing the conditions of use, including the required rental fee.

A single-wide boat ramp is available to Association members for launching and recovering their boats and watercraft. Parking for trailers is in the gravel lot next to the tennis courts and the larger gravel lot on the left after passing through the dock gate. The pull-off at the top of the ramp is for loading and unloading only and has a 30-Minute time limit.
Boat slips are individually owned by Association members. There are, however, 13 day slips available for general day use by Association members and 8 day slips available for monthly rental.
The community pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day for the use of Association members and their guests. Check the Community calendar and Community Information for exact dates. Chairs and umbrellas are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Pool rules are posted at the pool entrance.
