Board of Directors (BOD) meetings are held the 4th Saturday of every month at the Community Clubhouse, 841 Lake Forest Drive.  The normal BOD meeting start time is 10:00 AM, January through July and September through October.  August is the Annual HOA meeting.  The combined November – December meeting is normally held the first Saturday in December at the same time and location but is subject to change, as announced at the October meeting.  BOD meeting minutes for the current-year and prior-years are available by clicking the links below.  Please contact the Office Manager, anyone on the Board of Directors, or the Web Site committee members for BOD meeting minutes from earlier years (2006 – 2021).
